General

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by Like-a-tree.eu. The terms and conditions are accessible to everyone and are published on the Like-a-tree.eu website. We will be happy to send you a written copy on request.
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to the terms of delivery and payment. Like-a-tree.eu reserves the right to change its terms of delivery and/or payment after the expiry of the term.
1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific terms or conditions of third parties are not recognized by Like-a-tree.eu.
1.4 Like-a-tree.eu guarantees that the delivered product complies with the conditions and meets the specifications stated in the offer.

Delivery

2.1 Delivery shall be made while stocks last.
2.2 Within the framework of the Distance Selling Regulations, Like-a-tree.eu will process orders placed and paid for on working days on the same day. If this is not possible (due to lack of stock or unavailability), or if there are delays for other reasons, or if an order cannot be executed or can only be partially executed, the consumer will receive a notification as soon as possible and in that case has the right to cancel the order without costs and reminder.
2.3 Like-a-tree.eu’s obligation to deliver, unless proven otherwise, is fulfilled as soon as the goods delivered by Like-a-tree.eu have been offered to the buyer once. In the case of home delivery, the carrier’s report of refusal of acceptance shall be considered full proof of the offer to deliver.
2.4 All deadlines mentioned on the website are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the deadlines mentioned.

Prices

3.1 The prices will not be increased during the term of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary or the manufacturer carries out interim price increases.
3.2 All prices on the website are subject to printing and typesetting errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors.
3.3 All prices on the website are in EURO and include 21% VAT.

Withdrawal period / right of withdrawal

4.1 In the case of a consumer contract in accordance with the Distance Selling Act (Article 7.5 of the Civil Code), the buyer has the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. This period begins from the date on which the ordered goods were delivered. If the buyer does not return the delivered goods to Like-a-tree.eu within this period, the purchase shall be deemed to have been made. The buyer is obliged to report this in writing to Like-a-tree.eu within 14 days of delivery before returning the goods. The buyer must prove that the delivered goods were returned on time, e.g. by providing proof of postal delivery. The goods must be returned in their original packaging (including accessories and corresponding documentation) and in as-new condition.
4.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Services whose performance has begun with the consumer’s consent before the expiry of 14 days.
• Goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the supplier has no influence.
• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications, such as custom-made or made-to-order items, or which have a distinctly personal character.

Data management

5.1 When you place an order with Like-a-tree.eu, your details will be added to Like-a-tree.eu’s customer list. Like-a-tree.eu complies with the privacy legislation and does not share your data with third parties.
5.2 Like-a-tree.eu respects the privacy of the users of the website and treats your personal data confidentially.
5.3 Like-a-tree.eu occasionally uses a mailing list. Each e-mail contains the option to unsubscribe from this list.

Guarantee

6.1 Like-a-tree.eu guarantees that the products it supplies meet the requirements of usability, reliability and durability as reasonably intended by the parties to the purchase agreement.
6.2 Like-a-tree.eu’s warranty period is the same as the manufacturer’s warranty period. However, Like-a-tree.eu is not responsible for the ultimate suitability of the goods for each individual application by the buyer, nor for any advice on the use or application of the goods.
6.3 The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If the delivered item turns out to be incorrect, defective or incomplete, the buyer must immediately report these defects in writing to Like-a-tree.eu.

Offers

7.1 Offers are non-binding unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Upon acceptance of a non-binding offer by the buyer, Like-a-tree.eu reserves the right to revoke or deviate from the offer within 3 working days of receipt of this acceptance. 7.3 Verbal commitments shall only bind Like-a-tree.eu if they have been expressly confirmed in writing. 7.4 Offers from Like-a-tree.eu shall not automatically apply to repeat orders.

Liability

11.1 Like-a-tree.eu is not liable for damage to vehicles or other objects caused by improper use of the products.
