like-a-tree.eu ship everything via MyParcel. Is there something you don’t like and would you like to return it? You can then return it to us and we will refund your purchase price. After receiving the items, we will sort them and refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days. Below you can read how it works.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs: <\/strong>Our shipping costs are 6,75 \u20ac – From an order value of 68,00 \u20ac we deliver free of shipping costs.<\/p>\n

Delivery <\/strong><\/p>\n

If you order and pay before 23:59 on working days, you will receive your order within 3 to 6 working days.<\/p>\n

If you order at the weekend, your order will be delivered on Tuesday. Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on public holidays.<\/p>\n

Cancel or change your order <\/strong><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, this is no longer possible once payment has been completed, as parcels are processed and handed over to our carrier almost immediately afterwards.<\/p>\n

Returns
\n<\/strong>Still not completely satisfied with the item? Can happen. You can register a return with us up to 30 days after receipt by e-mail or log in on the website, and after that you have 14 days to return the order. Always check first whether it may be returned <\/strong>(see the question below “What can you return?”).<\/p>\n

What can you give back?<\/strong>
\nYour purchase is subject to a legal warranty. This means that you can reasonably assess whether the product meets your wishes, for example by opening the top of the packaging properly and feeling the fabric (without completely removing the item from the packaging). However, you are liable for any depreciation of the items as a result of use that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items. <\/p>\n

Please note: We check every return, in a number of cases we cannot (fully) credit the purchase amount:<\/p>\n

  • – Items that have been received for more than 30 days<\/li>\n
  • – Used, damaged, incomplete items (unless there is a manufacturing defect)<\/li>\n
  • – Missing or damaged packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • The product is unused and undamaged.<\/li>\n
    • Returns can be made up to 14 days after purchase without giving reasons.<\/li>\n
